Regular Users and Clubs

There are several regular users and clubs held on a regular basis at the Hall which cover a wide variety of activities. New members are always welcome so if there is a class or club which interests you please do call them to find out more.

Innellan Badminton Club

The badminton club meets every Thursday evening during the winter months, from the first Thursday after the October school holidays until the end of March. 8 – 10pm (over 16s). New members welcome.

IInnellan Carpet Bowling Club

This long established Carpet Bowling Club has its season from October – March on Tuesday evenings in Innellan Village Hall. We also hold Open Tournaments throughout the winter months and have friendly games with kindred Carpet Bowling Clubs.

The Club has gone from strength to strength in the past few years and it’s almost more like a family, than a Club.

Everyone is welcome to come along and have a go. Age is no barrier as one member who is an octogenarian is one of our keenest members.

If your Tuesday evenings are free during the winter months, please try your hand at carpet bowling. You won’t be disappointed. (No special shoes required). Our season runs from early October to the end of March.

Please contact me on mcampbell2306@gmail.com or (07426 153861) if you wish for further information.

Innellan Women’s Club

Initially designed as a social group for women, we offer a friendly welcome to all who want to come. We meet at 2.30pm in the hall on the second Wednesday of each month (with a summer break) and aim for a variety of speakers and activities with a cuppa, cake and a blether. See our Facebook page for what is on each month.

Inspiring Innellan

Inspiring Innellan is a community group which was set up in 2018 with the aim of entering the prestigious Beautiful Scotland competition which is held annually. Every Sunday morning volunteers meet at the Village Hall at 10am to undertake tasks such as weeding, planting, painting and grass cutting so that the look of the village is improved. This is followed by a soup and sandwich lunch which is very sociable. Other activities are also undertaken at times suited to the volunteers. Many social activities are also planned by Inspiring Innellan. Some of these are fundraisers and others purely social. Joining in with the group is a great way for newcomers to meet up with others living in the village. With regard to entering the Beautiful Scotland competition, Inspiring Innellan has been very successful to date.

For further information please contact Eleanor on 01369 830793 or via our Inspiring Innellan Facebook Page.
